One of the key components of a strategy plan is the goal.
Where do you want to go? What do you want to accomplish?
I’ve been talking to quite a few business owners lately that don’t have a solid grasp on where their business currently is in terms of sales/customers. In order to start embarking on the journey to success (your goal), you also need to know where you’re starting! How can you create a path if you don’t know the starting point?

I know it sounds simple and easy, but there are a number of factors that go into the bridge building.
These questions will help you better understand your business so that you can make adjustments and tweaks to your current processes. It’s not always about recreating the wheel, but figuring out the opportunity areas where you can be more consistent.
A mentor of mine once said “imperfect action is better than perfect inaction.” This means that it’s better to show up imperfectly and consistently than to be perfect and rarely get anything done.
